EPA Approves Tennessee's Nitrogen Oxides Budget and Allowance Trading Program, Phase II

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State of Tennessee's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions from stationary internal combustion engines, in line with the national ozone air quality standard.
