Secretary Proposes Matching Funds Requirement for Healthy Tomorrows Partnership for Children Program

The Secretary is proposing a requirement for HTPC grant recipients to contribute non-Federal matching funds, equal to two times the Federal Grant Award, for years 2 through 5 of the project period.
