USAID to Add New Routine Use to Privacy Act of 1974 System of Records
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is issuing a notice to update its system of records to include a new general routine use subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, allowing for the disclosure of protected records in response to data breaches.
