Nuclear Regulatory Commission Proposes Fee Schedule Amendments for FY 2006

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is proposing to increase fees for its applicants and licensees to recover approximately $625 million of its budget authority in fiscal year 2006, in line with the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 requirements.
