NRC Approves License Amendment for R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant to Increase Reactor Power Level

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has completed a final Environmental Assessment and found no significant impact from a proposed license amendment to increase the maximum reactor power level at the R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant from 1520 MWt to 1775 MWt, a 16.8% increase, as part of a license amendment request by R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, LLC (Ginna LLC)
