Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Public Comment on Information Collection Activities for Packaging and Transportation of Radioactive Material

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on its proposed submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for continued approval of information collections under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The NRC is reviewing its requirements for the packaging and transportation of radioactive material, which affects approximately 250 licensees and requires around 42,896 hours annually.
