NASA Issues Advisory Circular on Reusable Launch Vehicle Safety Process

The US space agency NASA has announced the issuance of a new advisory circular, providing guidance on applying a systematic safety process to mitigate risks associated with reusable launch and reentry vehicle systems, as outlined in Advisory Circular 431.35-2A, dated July 20, 2005.
