FAA Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for BAE Systems Avro 146-RJ Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all BAE Systems (Operations) Limited Model Avro 146-RJ airplanes to inspect and repair damaged fuselage skin and prevent potential structural failure due to cracking.
