FAA Proposes Revision to Airworthiness Directive for AvCraft Dornier Model 328-100 Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing to revise an existing airworthiness directive for AvCraft Dornier Model 328-100 airplanes to remove the requirement to revise the Airplane Flight Manual (AFM) after modifying the flap actuators of the flight controls, in order to prevent an uncommanded retraction of the flaps during takeoff.
