Federal Travel Regulation Updates Mileage Reimbursement for OCONUS Travel

The Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) has been updated to allow for the use of the IRS Standard Mileage Rate for mileage reimbursement worldwide, including overseas relocations to OCONUS destinations, and to permit the use of actual expenses for these relocations.
