US Department of Commerce Revokes Countervailing Duty on Oil Country Tubular Goods from Italy

The US Department of Commerce has revoked the countervailing duty on oil country tubular goods from Italy, effective July 25, 2006, after determining that revoking the duty would not lead to a continuation of a countervailable subsidy.
