U.S. International Trade Commission Decides Not to Review Initial Determination in Wireless Conference Calling Devices Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review the initial determination granting a motion to withdraw a complaint and terminate an investigation into wireless conference calling devices, components, and devices containing the same. The decision follows the presiding administrative law judge's ruling, as outlined in Order No. 3.
