Probable Economic Effect of Modifications to DR-CAFTA Rules of Origin and Tariffs for Certain Apparel Goods

The Commission has expanded its investigation into the probable economic effect of new rules of origin and tariffs for certain apparel goods, following a request from the U.S. Trade Representative on June 1, 2007, regarding proposed modifications to a letter of understanding with Costa Rica.
