FCC Issues New Rules for Electric Grid Certification and Standard Setting

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has released new rules governing the certification of electric reliability organizations and the establishment, approval, and enforcement of electric reliability standards, as part of its efforts to enhance the reliability and resilience of the US electric grid.
