FERC Grants Partial Rehearing and Denial for Wind Energy Interconnection Rule

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has partially approved and rejected requests for rehearing and clarification of its Final Rule on Interconnection for Wind Energy, Order No. 661, which mandates public utilities to incorporate wind generation interconnection procedures into their tariffs and agreements.
