US FCC Allocates DTV Channel 51 to Medical Lake, WA

The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has approved the allocation of DTV channel 51 to Medical Lake, Washington, as the community's first local television service, following a request from Thomas Desmond, in compliance with US regulations and in coordination with the Canadian government.
