Radio Broadcasting Services; Arapahoe and Lost Cabin, WY: Petition for Rule Making Dismissed

The Audio Division of the FCC dismissed a petition from Idaho Broadcasting Consortium, Inc. to reallocate Channel 256C from Lost Cabin to Arapahoe, Wyoming, following a request from the consortium, citing a lack of continuing interest in the community and the Commission's policy of not making allotments without an expression of interest.
