FCC Seeks Public Comment on Petition to Ensure VRS Interoperability

The California Coalition of Agencies Serving the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CCASDHH) has requested public comment on a petition filed with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on February 15, 2005, seeking to prohibit any Video Relay Service (VRS) provider that receives TRS funding from limiting deaf and hard-of-hearing customers to a single VRS provider.
