The Audio Division is seeking public comment on a proposal by LSM Radio Partners LLC to allot Channel 289A to Sugarloaf Key, Florida, as its first local service, while reallotting Channel 288C2 to Islamorada, Florida, as its second local service, subject to certain site restrictions and distance requirements.
