NECA Submits Payment Formula and Fund Size Estimate for TRS Fund for July 2005 Through June 2006

The National Exchange Carrier Association (NECA) is seeking public comment on its proposed payment formula and fund size estimate for Interstate Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) Fund for the period July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006. The proposed rates and fund size are intended to compensate carriers for providing relay services to individuals with disabilities.
