FCC Corrects Narrowbanding Effective Date for Private Land Mobile Radio Service

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has corrected the effective date for the narrowbanding process of forty Private Land Mobile Radio (PLMR) channels, which are transitioning to more spectrally efficient channels, as specified in the 2005 Report and Order (70 FR 21652). The correction addresses an error in the previously stated effective date.
