Wireline Competition Bureau Approves Plan to Refund Interstate Access Customers of BellSouth for 1993 and 1994 Tariff Periods

The Wireline Competition Bureau has approved a plan to refund interstate access customers of BellSouth for 1993 and 1994 tariff periods, allowing customers to claim refunds of less than $100 or those no longer identifiable.
