FCC Revises Spectrum Auction Rule for Rural Telephone Cooperatives

The Federal Communications Commission has revised a rule allowing rural telephone cooperatives to demonstrate tax-exempt status or adherence to cooperative principles to qualify for exemption from part 1 attribution rules in the spectrum auction program.
