The FCC has approved a settlement agreement that downgrades WHIZ-FM in Zanesville, Ohio, to a new channel in Baltimore, Ohio, contingent on Canadian government approval, and withdraws a proposal by WKLN(FM) in Wilmington, Ohio, to reassign its channel to Mount Sterling, Ohio.
