FDA Releases Guidance on Bar Code Label Requirements for Human Drug and Biological Products

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has published a guidance document to address questions about the application of its regulations requiring linear bar codes on human drug and biological product labels, which identify the National Drug Code (NDC) number.
