Medical Device Regulations; Addresses; Technical Amendment

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending certain device regulations to include address information for the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research and the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research. These regulations pertain to the submission of certain documents to FDA. Currently, only address information for the Center for Devices and Radiological Health is listed in these regulations. This action is being taken to ensure the accuracy of FDA's regulations.

Proposed Data Collection Submitted for Public Comment and Recommendations

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement. The Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement provides rapid funding to help existing public health programs respond to major public health emergencies and crises.
