Coast Guard Temporarily Adjusts Drawbridge Operation Regulations

The US Coast Guard has modified the operating rules for the First Avenue South dual drawbridges in Seattle, Washington, allowing the bridge owner to close the bridges overnight from July 15 to November 15, 2005, to facilitate painting and debris management.
