FEMA Requests Public Comment on Reinstatement of Emergency Information Collection

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is requesting public comment on the reinstatement of a previously approved collection of information under the emergency processing procedures in the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regulation 5 CFR 1320.13, with a deadline for approval by August 26, 2005, to authorize the use of the collection until February 26, 2006.
