Coast Guard Proposes Permanent Security Zones Around Trans-Alaska Pipeline Terminal in Alaska

The US Coast Guard is proposing to establish permanent security zones around the Trans-Alaska Pipeline Terminal Complex in Valdez, Alaska, to protect it from sabotage or other subversive acts, and to regulate vessel entry into the area.
