FEMA Submits National Flood Insurance Program Biennial Report for OMB Review

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has submitted a biennial report to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance, outlining changes in flood hazard areas and floodplain management measures in participating communities, and evaluating the effectiveness of these activities.
