Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Regulations for Volvo Ocean Race 2005-2006 on Chesapeake Bay

The US Coast Guard is proposing a temporary special local regulation to ensure the safety of life on navigable waters during the Volvo Ocean Race 2005-2006, which will feature sailboat races on the Chesapeake Bay near Gibson Island, Maryland, and the William Preston Lane Jr. Memorial Bridge near Annapolis, Maryland.
