DEA Amends Regulations for GHB-Containing Drug Products

The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is implementing new recordkeeping and reporting requirements for approved GHB-containing drug products to prevent diversion for illicit use, as mandated by the Hillory J. Farias and Samantha Reid Date-Rape Drug Prohibition Act of 2000.
