OSM Announces Information Collection Request for Underground Mining Permit Applications

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement is notifying the public that it has submitted a request for review and comment on its information collection requirements for Underground Mining Permit Applications, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
