U.S. Army Amends Restricted Area R-2306C in Yuma West, AZ to Accommodate Testing Requirements

The U.S. Army has amended the designated altitudes and times of use for Restricted Area R-2306C, raising the upper altitude from 17,000 feet to 40,000 feet and reducing the time of use from continuous to 0600-2200 hours daily local time, with other times subject to NOTAM.
