Small Business Administration Moves Nonprocurement Debarment and Suspension Regulations to New Location

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is relocating its nonprocurement debarment and suspension regulations from the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) to title 2, adopting the format established by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and incorporating OMB's final government-wide guidance on the topic.
