FTC Seeks Public Comments on Proposed Extension of Prescreen Opt-Out Disclosure Rule Information Collection Clearance

The Federal Trade Commission is requesting public comments on its proposal to extend the current Office of Management and Budget clearance for the Prescreen Opt-Out Disclosure Rule information collection requirements until November 30, 2010, as the current clearance expires on November 30, 2007.
