U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License to Hy-Gene Biomedical Corporation for Skin Care Patents

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced its intention to grant Hy-Gene Biomedical Corporation an exclusive license to use two patents for skin care and skin treatment products, including cosmetics and sanitizing products. The licenses cover patents issued on October 14, 1997, and March 16, 1999, for non-separable starch-oil compositions and starch-water immiscible organic materials.
