PBGC Requests OMB Approval for Information Collection on Liability for Single-Employer Plan Termination

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is seeking public comment on its request to extend approval of a collection of information related to liability for termination of single-employer plans, which is set to expire on January 31, 2005. The PBGC is seeking OMB approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act for its regulation on this topic.
