Revocation and Redelegation of Authority: Office of Affordable Housing Preservation

Summary

The Secretary of HUD has delegated authority to the Assistant Secretary for Housing--Federal Housing Commissioner to implement the Multifamily Assisted Housing Reform and Affordability Act (MAHRA). The Assistant Secretary is now redelegating this authority to the General Deputy Assistant Secretary--Deputy Federal Housing Commissioner and staff within the Office of Affordable Housing Preservation.
