USDA to Host Public Meeting on Electronic Warehouse Receipts for Grain and Rice

The USDA will hold a public meeting to gather comments and input on implementing electronic warehouse receipts and other electronic documents for grain and rice, as mandated by the Grain Standards and Warehouse Improvement Act of 2000.
