DoD Proposes Amendment to Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement for Telecommunications Services

The Department of Defense is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to clarify the use of basic agreements in acquiring telecommunications services, as part of a broader transformation initiative to revamp the regulation.
