US Department of Agriculture Finalizes Rule for National School Lunch Program
The US Department of Agriculture has revised the National School Lunch Program regulations to require schools to offer a variety of fluid milk with different fat contents, giving them more flexibility to expand menu options and encourage children to consume more milk and its associated nutrients.
