Compact Council Publishes Interim Rule Allowing Outsourcing of Noncriminal Justice Administrative Functions

The Compact Council, established under the National Crime Prevention and Privacy Compact, is releasing an interim rule that enables the outsourcing of noncriminal justice administrative tasks related to access to criminal history record information, subject to the Compact Council's interpretation of Compact Articles IV and V.
