Revisions to FHA Credit Watch Termination Initiative

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has proposed changes to the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Credit Watch Termination Initiative, aiming to improve the notification process for mortgagees. The proposed rule, published on April 1, 2003, seeks to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the Credit Watch status notification process.
