Request for Public Comments on Commercial Availability Petition Under the United States-Caribbean Basin Trade Partnership Act (CBTPA)

The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) is seeking public comments on a petition from Fishman & Tobin, on behalf of Sharretts, Paley, Carter & Blauvelt, P.C., regarding the commercial availability of a specific woven fabric in the United States. The public is invited to submit comments by January 4, 2005, on whether the domestic industry can supply this fabric in commercial quantities in a timely manner.
