US Department of Agriculture Delegation of Authority to Administer Wildlife Services

The US Department of Agriculture has delegated authority to the Deputy Administrator of Wildlife Services, allowing them to administer section 101(k) of the 1987 Act, which was previously only granted to the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service Administrator.
