Farm Credit Administration Publishes Final Rule on Organization and Functions, Effective February 15, 2006

The Farm Credit Administration (FCA) has released a final rule updating its organizational structure and functions, which will take effect 30 days after publication in the Federal Register, on February 15, 2006.
