Nuclear Regulatory Commission Confirms Effective Date for Fuel Storage Cask Regulations

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has confirmed the effective date of October 11, 2005, for a direct final rule that revised the NRC's regulations to include Amendment No. 4 to Certificate of Compliance No. 1015 in the NAC-UMS cask system listing.
