OFAC Publishes General Licenses 45 and 46 for Russian Harmful Foreign Activities Sanctions Regulations

The US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has issued two general licenses, GL 45 and GL 46, to govern Russian Harmful Foreign Activities Sanctions Regulations, previously available on the OFAC website.
