FAR Case 2005-030: Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and Defense Acquisition Regulations Council Adopt Final Rule on Trade Agreements-Thresholds

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have finalized an interim rule updating the Federal Acquisition Regulation to reflect increased thresholds for participating in World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreements and Free Trade Agreements.
